Your stamp's production begins immediately after ordering to ensure quick delivery of your custom product.

Manufacturing Defects

If your stamp arrives with any manufacturing defects or quality issues, please contact me immediately. I will work with you to resolve the situation, which may include:

  • Providing detailed troubleshooting guidance

  • Offering a replacement if necessary

Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive an incorrect stamp due to an error on my part, I will create a replacement stamp at no cost to you

  • If the error occurred due to incorrect information provided in your order, I can create a new stamp at a discounted rate

Contact Timeline

  • Please report any issues within 7 days of receiving your stamp

  • I typically respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business days

  • Resolution times vary based on the specific situation, but I promise to keep you informed throughout the process

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only if the production has not yet begun

  • Once I start creating your custom stamp, cancellations cannot be accepted

  • If you need to modify your order, please contact me immediately, as changes may not be possible once production begins
